The Croppers Arms offers rooms of a good size that many guests find clean and comfortable, noting the good pillows and quilts. Its location is convenient, with parking right outside and proximity to a Fish and Chip shop, a Co-Op, and Greenhead Park. Being above a pub is seen as a perk by some, and while some guests have mentioned road noise, others found it didn't bother them.
